Stephanie Shennett is the Founder and CEO of Reliant Couriers, a growing courier and logistics company focused on dependable medical, legal, pharmaceutical, and specialized delivery services. With a background rooted in healthcare support and transportation, Stephanie has steadily built a company centered around professionalism, reliability, and operational growth.

Her experience within healthcare and human service environments includes work with organizations such as The Laurels Living Transition Program, Smiling Faces, and Pathogen Labs, where she handled responsibilities ranging from medication transportation and healthcare-related deliveries to route coordination, documentation management, and time-sensitive logistics support. Working directly with seniors, individuals with disabilities, and healthcare-adjacent operations gave Stephanie firsthand exposure to the level of consistency and care required within medical transportation environments.

Today, Reliant Couriers continues to expand through active contracts, strategic relationships, and industry involvement with organizations and platforms including Novant Health, Rapid Medical, Airspace, and the Customized Logistics and Delivery Association. Through these connections and ongoing operational development, Stephanie has positioned Reliant Couriers as a company actively building momentum within the logistics and healthcare transportation space.

In addition to her work in medical logistics, Stephanie has also developed a nonprofit initiative dedicated to supporting women who are survivors of domestic violence — an extension of the same compassion, structure, and community-focused mindset that shapes her leadership style and business approach.

Stephanie has continued strengthening her operational knowledge through certifications in HIPAA & Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) Compliance, Hazardous Drug Transportation, Dispatcher Operations, and Administrative Logistics Procedures. Combined with her hands-on leadership and growing industry network, Reliant Couriers reflects a company already in motion — actively growing, building relationships, and creating a strong foundation for long-term impact within the courier and healthcare logistics industry.
